English, French, German, Italian and Romansh are built in. Other languages are translated by Claude when you choose them, so a few words may read oddly.

For job seekers
The same system I use for my own search: job alerts collected for you, every offer scored against your profile, a shortlist you swipe, and a tailored CV and cover letter for each application you approve.
A small beta: I set up each system personally, so places are limited.
Every job my system has screened, including the ones I didn't pick. Set your own profile below: matches update as you choose, and each job links to the original ad.

Swiss Job
In September I sent 300 generic applications. In the first two weeks of October I wrote 70 tailored ones by hand. Tailoring worked better but could not scale, so I built a system that does the repetitive work and leaves every decision to me.
Each offer gets a score out of 100 against rules I wrote once and refine over time.
Swiss Job gives you the same system for your own search: the process mapped, the repetitive parts automated, everything measured, and every decision left to you.
